1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using pak999 in any way — whether through a browser, mobile device, or any other method — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you (the player) and pak999.

If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must stop using the platform immediately and close your account. Continued use of pak999 after any update to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

2. Eligibility

To open and use a pak999 account you must meet all of the following criteria:

pak999 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. This may include a copy of a government-issued CNIC, proof of address, or proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

3. Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one active account on pak999 only. If you already have an account, do not register a new one. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, same payment method, same device, or same IP address — is a breach of these terms.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Providing false details — including a false date of birth — is a serious violation that will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds held in the account.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. Any activity carried out through your account will be treated as activity by you. pak999 will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on pak999 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit and credit cards, and other mobile wallets. Additional payment methods may be added from time to time.

Deposits are processed promptly. Most methods, including JazzCash and Easypaisa, reflect in your account within a few minutes under normal circumstances. Processing times for bank transfers may vary depending on your bank.

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity and payment verification. pak999 may request documentation before processing a withdrawal, particularly for larger amounts or first-time withdrawals. Withdrawals will only be sent to a payment method that belongs to the account holder — third-party withdrawals are not permitted.

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within the cashier section of your account. These limits may be updated from time to time. VIP members may be eligible for higher withdrawal limits as part of their tier benefits.

• Deposited funds must be used for gaming — they cannot be deposited and immediately withdrawn without any gameplay activity.
• pak999 does not charge internal fees for standard deposits or withdrawals, but your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Deposits made through payment methods that cannot be verified as belonging to you may be reversed.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

General bonus rules that apply across all promotions at pak999:

• Bonuses must be opted into before making the qualifying deposit, unless the promotion specifically states otherwise. Bonuses cannot be applied retroactively.
• Only one bonus can be active in your account at a time. Complete the wagering requirements on your current bonus before claiming the next.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the stated validity period. Unused bonus funds and any winnings derived from them will be removed from your account when the bonus expires.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type. Some games may contribute less than 100% toward meeting wagering requirements, or not at all. Check individual promotion terms for specifics.
• Maximum bet limits apply when playing with an active bonus. Placing bets above the stated maximum while a bonus is active may result in the bonus and related winnings being voided.
• Bonuses are for personal use only. Any indication that bonuses are being claimed in a coordinated or systematic manner to gain unfair advantage will result in all bonuses being voided and the account being reviewed.
• pak999 reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time. Players who have already opted in to a promotion before it is withdrawn will generally be permitted to complete the existing bonus.

6 . Gameplay Rules

All casino games, slot games, fish games, and bingo rooms on pak999 use certified random number generation (RNG) to determine outcomes. The results of every game are completely independent of previous rounds. Past results do not influence future outcomes in any way.

Game rules, paytables, and return-to-player (RTP) percentages are available within each game. It is your responsibility to read and understand the rules of any game before placing real-money bets.

• Bets placed and confirmed cannot be cancelled or reversed. Once a round begins, the result stands.
• In the event of a technical fault during a game round, the round may be voided and the stake returned to your account. pak999 will not be liable for any claimed winnings from a voided round.
• If a game displays an incorrect RTP, paytable or bonus feature due to a technical error, pak999 reserves the right to void affected bets and correct the error. Any winnings generated from a known error will not be paid.
• Live casino games are subject to the rules of the individual game as hosted by the live dealer studio provider. In cases of dispute, the studio provider's recorded footage and logs will be used as the definitive source.

7. Sports Betting

pak999's sportsbook covers cricket, Pakistan Super League (PSL), T20 internationals, ICC tournaments, football, esports and other sports markets. Betting rules are specific to each sport and market type.

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Odds are subject to change before a bet is confirmed. You will always see the final odds before confirming.
• In-play (live) betting markets may be suspended at any time during an event. Bets placed and confirmed before a suspension are valid.
• In the event that a cricket match or other sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, bets will be settled in accordance with the specific sport's settlement rules published in the sportsbook section.
• For PSL and international cricket matches, if a match is shortened due to weather or other conditions and an official result is reached via DLS or other recognised method, bets will be settled on that official result.
• Maximum win limits per bet and per event apply and are displayed in the bet slip. Bets that exceed these limits may be partially accepted or declined.
• pak999 reserves the right to void bets placed on markets that were offered in error or where it is clear that the odds were incorrectly calculated.
• Any suspected match-fixing, insider information usage or other form of sports fraud will result in immediate account suspension and voiding of all related bets.

8. Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

pak999 is committed to providing a fair gaming environment for all players. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all balances:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to play games or place bets on your behalf.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in games to gain an unintended advantage. Any winnings obtained through a known bug must be reported and will be voided.
• Colluding with other players in poker, bingo, or any other multiplayer game format.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim promotions more than once (bonus abuse).
• Using someone else's payment method to deposit without their explicit knowledge and consent.
• Any form of money laundering, fraud, or use of the platform for any illegal financial activity.
